In order to experience the project's themes at first hand, we created two demonstration paths within the SHS, the 'senescence areas' created by LIFE SPAN in Italy and Germany.

By following the various stages, marked by special signposts, it is possible to retrace the activities carried out to protect and increase biodiversity

The Italian route is located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, in the municipality of Tambre, near the 'Sentiero degli Slipari'. The German one, on the other hand, is in the Sailershausen forest.
